Cancellation Policy:
The customer can cancel the reservation of an apartment free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date.
The customer will lose the advance payment if they cancel outside of this period.
The remaining amount, minus the deposit, can be paid upon arrival.
Cancellation is free in cases of force majeure.

House Rules:
Normal Hours: Check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00, and check-out is until 11:00.
Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation. Violation of this rule will result in the retention of the deposit.
Parties (bottle parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and any other events that may cause damage due to misuse, intolerable noise, or jeopardize the integrity of the property and/or the guests themselves) are strictly prohibited.
